Timothy J. Mendolia

Timothy J. Mendolia, born in Warwick, New York, December 27, 1967, is a partner in Mayo Mendolia & Vice, L.L.P. Tim began practicing with Nacol, Wortham & Associate in Dallas, Texas prior to his origination of a sole proprietorship which has grown into this firm. His practice is primarily devoted to corporate representation/general counsel, real estate transactions, title work, business/commercial transactions and litigation, construction law, and general litigation. Tim also practices family law, juvenile law and criminal law on a referral basis only.

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas County Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association and Texas Land Title Association.

Tim attended the United States Air Force Academy and received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude in 1990 from the University of Texas at Arlington. He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1994 from Baylor University, where he was a member and Vice President of Phi Delta Phi and a member of the Baylor Mock Trial Team. Mr. Mendolia was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1994 and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas.
